Can I ‘test drive’ the course before purchasing?

Yes, there is a free demo course available. If you are exploring the course for your team, department, building, district, or division, contact to learn more about group-based pricing discounts and for a complimentary Foundation course.

How do I use a course discount code?
After you have registered as a user and include your billing address, you will be prompted to the final checkout page where you can enter your code and then your payment information, if required.

Can I integrate this course into an existing Learning Management System (LMS)?

Absolutely! Please contact for details on the various LMS hosting options. 

How can I track the process of my staff?

If you are registering a group to take the course, you will have access will be able to see their progress. You may share admin rights with another person on your team, as well, if you are sharing oversight responsibilities. Please see the quick start guide for more information.

How do I provide access to the course to my staff?

There are three ways to provide access to the course to your staff.

  1. Assign each user a username and password;
  2. Send an email to each user and have them create their own username/ password; or
  3. Upload user information via an Excel spreadsheet or Google sheet. This is a great option for bulk entries. Please see the quick start guide for details.

What accessibility features are available for people with disabilities?

We are committed to ensuring accessibility for all users. Our courses are created and tested for color blindness and are fully controllable by keyboard.

What security features are in place to protect district and staff account information?

Protecting your personal information is extremely important to us. From physical security in our data centers to independent security scans of our network and compliance with industry standards, we are constantly working to ensure the privacy and security of our customers’ data. Our platform has undergone comprehensive security assessments and penetration testing and is regularly scanned by an independent third party.

What resources are available to support group-based professional learning to better align with our existing team-based structures (e.g., Professional Learning Communities, District and Building Leadership Teams, Teacher-based Teams, etc.)?

For those who purchase 10 or more licenses, you will have access to a facilitation guide that can be used with your existing team-based structures. The guide includes discussion questions and activities to facilitate extended learning and discussion with your teams.

How long will it take me to complete the course?

We anticipate from end to end with all 16 modules about 10 hours if you choose to engage in all of the activities.

Can I earn credit for completing this course?

Yes, continuing education credit is available. One hour of credit can be earned by completing all four modules and the supporting activities. When you successfully complete the course, a certificate will be available in your account.

How long do I have to complete the course?

You have one year from purchase to complete the course.

Do I have to take the modules in order?

The modules are sequenced in a suggested order, but you may take them in whatever order you desire. You do have to take all of the modules in order to get a CE credit.

Can I buy one or two modules?

The Foundation Course is 16 modules and cannot be “separated” for individual module purchase.
